Shipping policy
During the holiday season, please expect a 2–3-day delay on packages being shipped. We are working as quickly as we can to get your orders shipped to you. We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out that day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received after 4 pm MST will be processed for the next roast day.
Once your package is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Drive Coffee does not assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number.
Orders over £50 come with free ground shipping.
Customers ordering internationally are responsible for finding information regarding the shipping of the whole beans to their country and if they can receive it through customs.
Customers ordering internationally are responsible for all customs or other shipping fees once the package has left our facility.
